The Tharavadu

Every summer
had a sound

Cousins gathered every April and May at their grandparents’ house in Areacode. The sound of the rai, late-night stories, arguments and laughter — this was their whole world.

The house had a special culture where all ages were treated the same. Each generation tried to be more fun and wild than the last.

How It All Began

A story born in
the kitchens of Kerala

In the middle of a beautiful field called Areacode stood a Tharavadu — a big house with a spirit that refused to be ordinary.

The 90s and 2000s flew by. Everyone grew, separated, moved on. But the flavours of those summers never left. No matter the distance, when the cousins reunited, the taste of those memories came flooding back.

“Though we all grew, separated, and moved on — the memories of that time lingered on our tongues.”
